LOTRO Rain Of Arrows not available


My hunter just reach level 14 and I was quite excited because according to the manual I was going to be able to train a new of Rain Of Arrows ability. This ability allows you to fire multiple arrows down on multiple targets. Basically you become a one man Agincourt.
Although all of this is pure conjecture at this point because when I did go to train, I discovered the Rain Of Arrows isn't actually available until he reached level 20 and the manual is incorrect. Rain Of Arrows doesn't become available as a skill for hunters until level 20. Instead you gain a skill which allows you to increase your movement and the movement speed of your fellowship by 15%. Now that's a nice skill, and have already tried it out, but it's not exactly the same as firing down of volley of arrows from a single shot.

Suffice it to say, I'm a little disappointed in this change from the skill advertised in the manual. I guess they decided the skill was simply too powerful for a level 14 character. Still, it does mean that I haven't felt like I have obtained a decent skill for far too many levels now.
